SEAGames PH 2019, or the 30th Southeast Asian Games, is an important sporting event held in the Philippines from November 30 to December 11, 2019. This is the fourth time the Philippines has hosted Congress, after 1981, 1991 and 2005.
Resounding success
SEA Games 2019 is considered a resounding success with many records established. The Congress attracted more than 14,000 athletes from 11 Southeast Asian countries to compete in 56 sports.

Grand opening ceremony: The 2019 SEA Games opening ceremony was held at the Philippine Arena with a unique sound, light and art performance, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and vitality of the Southeast region. ASIAN.

The Philippine will host the 30th edition of the South East Asian Games, from the 30th of November to 11th December 2019.
The Main hub will be in Clark (Northern Philippines) with the creation of the New Clark City Sports Village. The secondary Hub will be in Subic Bay Freeport Zone with the Tertiary Hub in Metro Manila/ nearby areas.
There will be 56 sports, with an estimated 8,750 athletes and team officials; 2,050 technical officials, 1,500 press and media attendees; 12,000 volunteers; targeting more than 500 million viewers; synergizing, converging, cooperating for ONE sporting experience of a lifetime!
Hectares of land in Capas, Northern Tarlac Philippines, have been dedicated to include the all-new Athletic Stadium, Aquatic Center and Athlete’s Village, in time for the Games this 2019. The creation of the New Clark City Sports Hub banners the “Build, Build, Build” Program of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, with the aim of strengthening initiatives for sustained economic growth.
The Philippines ranks 4th in the all-time South East Asian Games medal table, garnering a total of 3,351 medals (918 Gold, 1076 Silver, 1357 Bronze) over the course of SEA Games history. In 2019, NOC Philippines will aim to reach the top of the medal tally, to help achieve the best edition of the SEA Games.
